Shipping and Return


After an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm MST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day. Logistics usually takes 3-5 business days


If it’s been 48 business hours and your order hasn’t shipped, please send us an email and we will look into it for you.


After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.


If you placed your order using a Guest account, you will not be able to view this information.

Please Note: Sometimes weather conditions delay shipments, including expedited shipping methods.  We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.

Goodatbook wants you to be completely happy with any product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for a Return


The product was purchased in the last 14 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn’t used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us info@goodatbook.com


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Exchanges and Returns

You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on goodatbook.com for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 14 days of the purchase date. If the product is unopened, it can be exchanged at any time.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Todyo. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.

When returning items, until the goods reach our head offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Damaged Items

If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please notify us immediately for assistance. Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us no later than 7 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
